Your account terms remain as agreed at sign-up. You can update your personal details, payment method, or contact preferences in Settings. If we update our Terms and Conditions, we notify you by email and in your account; continued use means you accept the update.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS usually clear in under a minute. Withdrawals require account verification and process to your chosen payment method within 1–3 business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on your payment method.

Account eligibility depends on local law and your location within Indonesia. You must be of legal age in your region. We do not open accounts for users outside our supported areas or those who fail verification checks.

If you see an unexpected charge or believe a withdrawal was processed incorrectly, contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID. We investigate disputes within 7 days and either reverse the transaction or explain the charge in detail.
